Saw a few more sites yesterday, one with a pond, and TES farm, with this great cathedral window. The property is abandoned. You could buy it, sell it back to the Sanctuary and lease it for the rest of your life with the understanding that it becomes part of the Sanctuary when you die.
The turtle is possibly the same one I saw a few days ago. I stopped this time, and he let me snap his photo. Fun.
