Martin is from County Mayo, one, if not THE, poorest county in Ireland; but it's beautiful. We stopped in this pub yesterday to give Gus and Nora a chance a chance to freshen up. Their son is getting married next week, and they'd been painting the outside of their house.
The pub is where Martin and his Dad had their last drink together.
Who could possibly explain the great craic we had last evening? You just had to be there.
