Ireland: Dingle Peninsula loop drive

After the famine house (posted a few days ago, we had some fun feeding donkeys and a horse. They were happy we came along.

Then we stopped at a cafe near Slea Head, the western most part of the Dingle. I painted, as I'd done in 1989, but the weather was sunny this time. I sent the other three off on a mission to check on the stone cottage, which comes complete with a view of the sea, and it's own beehive hut. Lo and behold, it had been sold to an interloper!

And they painted by blue green door a bright red. The nerve!

We are leaving Westport today, heading for northern Mayo.
